The crew that was onsite the afternoon of 1/12/2025 was awesome!! Excellent customer service, nice smiles even though weather was inclement outside, and I just really enjoyed the visit. I was going to complete the survey on the receipt but the website wasn’t working and so I truly hope they see this. Keep up the good work!

I gave this location another chance and I had a gift card but whiever is working there either changed pace or its new staff. My drink was made perfectly and service was great. They had espresso to make my drink too. Im appreciative and had to update my review. I left my previous review below but now I am giving this location 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

I went to Dunkin Donuts ten minutes ago, 12/16/23, @ 3pm. I asked the female cashier for a donut filled with a filling, she says, we only have jelly, then there was another guy lurking around in there I guess a backup cashier, looking at me , and not being very helpful. Finally a guy stepped up to the register and said Hold on a minute, he came back and presented me with 3 filled donuts, chocolate, jelly, and white filling, I thanked him profusely and asked him his name.
