A classic Italian staple in Winston. I love their subs. And fries. Personal favorites for me are the chicken parmigiana sub and any of the steak subs. The restaurant itself is quaint and a classic Italian restaurant feel. The staff are always friendly and quick to get anything you need!

Elizabeth's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria was a terrible experience. We entered the establishment with a group of 30 people, intending to split the bill by family since we were there for a game. However, we were told that they could simply not split the bill. There is no rhyme or reason why a bill could not be split. If they had a full house does that mean one diner has to foot the bill for the rest of the diners? She took down everyone's order and then came back around and said they could split the bill now (This would have resulted in a better experience to begin with and accurate ordering.) Our server was just absolutely rude and unapologetic for getting my order wrong, charging me for two drinks that are included in a kid's meal, and bringing out my kid's order when everyone else was about done eating. I had to remind her about the missing orders.It also wasn't just my order, it was several other tables that this happened to.The wings were dry but the sauce was good, the Philly cheese steak was bland, the pizza had too much cheese on it, and their vodka sauce was very good.Overall, an awful experience. Our server should observe and learn from the other server that helped us afterward with customer treatment.

We oreder there atleast once a month even on our tight budget! They are our go to for food Out when we don't want to cook! Ne er disappointed the 1 time they did get out order wrong they took care of it nicely!Wonderful place to eat! We literally usually just get the cheese pizza and they are TO die for!!!! 10/10 would recommend! These guys are really nice, funny and all around GREAT!

Usually my calzone is delicious, they felt rushed and unfortunately the middle was still a bit cold. The other had some undone dough..I will go back because there good.

My son and I just walked out after sitting for 20 mins with not so much as a greeting... they saw us sit down, took the order of those seated around us. Took a table of ten orders after they came in after us. Worst customer service. It's a shame cause the foods pretty good and I wanted to show my son a cool local place. Won't be coming back.

Quality is consistently high, crust is perfect, topping fresh and the staff is the friendliest in the city! You will NEVER miss with this spot!

Was in town to referee the Thunderbirds so I decided on dinner here. Charity was amazing, friendly and informative. The tomato basil soup was the best, even the dipping oil was so delicious. The calamari was cooked perfectly, not chewy. I would totally stop here again.

The Food! The best! We ordered take out - loved the margharita pizza, five cheese pizza, wings, and greek salad.

We ordered 2 steak n cheese subs with fries and it came up to $28. Apparently fries are $2 extra and we weren't told that when ordering and each condiment was $0.75. And to make things worse...The subs were not good. :(

Wonderful place. Pasta is great, Philly cheese is well prepared, calzone and Stromboli on point. Daily and weekend specials for Brooklyn style pepperoni pizzas. The owner frank is a good guy too. Met him at a fundraiser for Zito, another local restaurant owner who was badly injured by a large pot of marinara at his own store. Sadly Zito is no longer with us after another unfortunate accident led to his passing, but now his daughter owns the place and using his recipes which is sentimental. Frank helped during the zjtl fundraiser and is a pretty good guy. My girlfriend worked here at one point because I went there so often. Family friendly and the new remodel makes indoor dining pleasant. The staff are quick to recognize regulars. It may be a little busy at times, or it may be a little slow, ya never know, but the food is always on Parr with ticket or estimated time.
