Great tacos

I’m torn between giving this place 2 or 3 stars, but I’ll go with 3 because the food itself is really good. The first time I tried this taco truck, I was impressed — the Birria tacos are probably the best in town.

But on my second visit, I noticed something concerning: the staff weren’t washing their hands between tasks. It made me uneasy so i didn't order that night. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to check back again.

Unfortunately, on my third visit, I saw the same issue.Again no order places. No matter how good the food is, cleanliness and food safety should be a priority. I hope they make improvements, because their food has serious potential.

Dietary restrictions: I can't eat onions. "No cebolla!" means that they leave them out. I'm pretty sure the guy taking orders would also understand English, but I like to play safe...

The tortillas are NOT hand made,pepper not spicy. Las tortillas no valen la pena por lo que cobran, it seems like they go up $2. Every month. Not worth it, Won't go anymore....

Got some birria tacos!!! Terrible!! Consume is watered down and the tacos were just bland.
