Fast food ahead in a long time for. Lady up front was the nicest lady you'll ever meet let you see yourself and then follow you and get you the menu is in there. The young guy that helped me with my order was very attentive and even gave some suggestions cuz I haven't ate her before. I would highly recommend them.

I am a Jersey girl and the pizza is really good for North Carolina. I am used to NY/NJ Pizza which is outstanding. I do love stromboli's but I like to pick what I want in my stromboli's. I love Italian sausage, onions and peppers in a stromboli. Maybe they will consider it. You will not be disappointed.

Food was exactly how we ordered after giving explicit instructions. The waitress needs to thank her lucky stars that I wasn't a restaurant inspector because I would have shut it down today. She was wearing open toed fluffy bedroom slippers.....Need I say anything more ??

Chicken wings was over cooked, the salad came with a TEASPOON OF DRESSING, I told the cashier,she said I had to buy more🤦🏾‍♂️,it was a carry out order,, call the next day to talk to manager and they told me they can’t help me at all,, I ordered $70 worth of food n didn’t ENJOY IT

The food here is always great, and that’s one of the main reasons I kept coming back. Dalton and Kia are absolutely wonderful employees — they’re always friendly, professional, and provide some of the best customer service every time I visit. They make customers feel welcomed and appreciated.

Unfortunately, the experience at the register is consistently unpleasant. The lady working the cash register is rude, unfriendly, and lacks basic customer service skills. First impressions matter, and having someone at the front who treats customers poorly really affects the overall experience.

Because of this, I unfortunately will not be returning. I can’t continue supporting a business that chooses to keep someone in a front-facing position who consistently provides such poor customer service.

I really love this place because the food is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the experience at the register has completely ruined it for me. The person taking orders is rude, not customer-friendly, and comes across very unprofessional. Prices seemed inconsistent, as if they are being made up on the spot, which is frustrating and concerning.

Good service matters just as much as good food, and sadly, this experience fell far short. The main reason I will not be returning to Francesca’s is because of the poor customer service at the front. If they want to keep customers coming back, they should consider putting Dalton back on the register, as the experience is much better when he’s there.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, basically 25 years. Today I was served the oldest, driest pizza I’ve ever seen. It was clearly from earlier that day or possibly the day before. They made it worse by adding new cheese to the top and trying to melt it again. Just made it greasier and harder. I’m wildly disappointed.

The food is great!!! Only downside is almost every time I call to place a take out order I’m put on “hold” for 10+ minutes before they take my order. Their version of putting you on hold is just setting the phone down. In this time you can hear them take care of all the walk in’s, take their to-go orders and get them in & out. I’ve heard them even answer their other phone line and take those phone orders while I sit forgotten… I just feel the cashiers should learn how to prioritize in unfortunate situations. The only reason I keep coming back is because the food is good and 95% of the time it’s right.

Ordered the bruschetta which was very good - 6 pieces. Not sure anyone needs that much though. Husband and I had the baked ziti and baked spaghetti - the dinners were just ok, sauce was nothing special. But, we pointed out a fairly decent sized bug that we spotted near us and the three people that were aware of it, did nothing. Makes me wonder how many other bugs were there.

I’d like to be able to leave a review regarding the food but we were never given the chance to order. We sat outside tonight for 30 minutes as the waitress kept walking in and out, glancing our way from time to time, but never spoke to us.

Have eaten at this place for years. Always good food. Love their Philly sandwich. Pasta dishes are good. Salads are good, pizza is great. My kids love the food. Customer service is always good. This is a nice place for lunch or dinner. The outside patio is a great spot on a nice day. Moved to the other side of town but still come back to visit!
