As soon as we pull up into the parking space there is someone just sitting in a car waiting for us to close the doors, then we close the doors and he drives away and parks in a different spot. Then me and my boyfriend are going into the restaurant and someone honks their horn in a effort to get their friends attention, but he did it at the exact time as me and my boyfriend walked in front of his car. Then whenever we got into the restaurant and started to order, the lady taking our order was very rude and left me mid sentence while I was ordering my food. When she got back she was very confused and I had to repeat my order almost 5 times in order to get it right. All I ordered was a Philly cheese steak with no tomatoes, onions and green peepers. That was it. After I kept having to repeat it she started to cock an attitude with me and my boyfriend. I loved the food, but the service my boyfriend and I received was not the best.

Hero House - The Reuben it’s been a long time since I had this classic sandwich. I went to this restaurant specifically for the NY Reuben.
My review as follows the customer service was good fast and friendly. The sandwich taste was good but I did have an issue with the meat portion was the skimpiest I ever had for. Reuben. If you look at the video my sandwich was 80 percent sauerkraut, and cheese this was disappointing to me.
Hero House if you read this review consider adding more meat to the sandwich. The flavor was there but compared to other Reuben’s the meat portion is the smallest I have ever seen.
I am giving this Hero House a 3 star review based on quality, size, and flavor of the Rueben.

Love their zucchini sticks with ranch, deluxe gorgonzola chicken salad, pork souvaki with tziki(msp) sauce and their Patio brand cherry soda. This is the onmy pmace I can get that delightful drink since Bogangles quit selling it years ago.
Off-putting sewage-like smell has been there for years, thats my only gripe.

I came in on lunch, gave the cashier $18 for a sandwich that totaled $18.50. I said I’d pay the remaining .50 cents upon returning to pick up my order and returned to work. I came back 20 mins later and my sandwich was not made because I “still owed” .50 cents……….. so now I have to wait another 20 mins when I left my $18 with the cashier. I won’t be back.

Wow!! This is my second time here… if memory serves me correct I got the spicy chicken sandwhich last time and it was okay. Today I got the philly cheesesteak and I was really surprised at how thoroughly I enjoyed it. It was seasoned very well, and was complimented by the cheese.
The atmosphere has a vintage feel with booths and tables to accommodate many group sizes. We came in today with 10 people and it worked perfectly. The service is GREAT; they are all very kind and the food came very quickly.
It’s worth mentioning, I loved the ranch! I quite literally finished the entire cup of ranch, and my entire plate. This won’t be the last time yall see me.

I order a Philly cheese steak. I'm from out of town but I heard good things about Hero house. I was disappointed when I saw my cheese steak. Where was the meat???? I was so mad I threw that (wanna be cheese steak) in the trash. You should be ashamed of yourself. I don't know about hero house but I that sub was from villian house. The joker definitely played a cruel joke on me.
Philly cheese was a disgrace -- kraft american slices melted on a thin slab of steak em's meat

Very good food. I had the club sandwich which was very tasty. It was very busy the whole time. Which shows it's a popular restaurant. You order and pickup at the counter. So there really was no service. It was quite enough that you could carry in a conversation.
