Was on hold for 15mins twice , each time they hung up because I didn’t answer as quickly as they wanted me to . The third time I asked to not be put on hold . & they told me they had to . 10 out of 10 annoying ! If you want to call in a order then don’t
called them for three hours straight and one time that the person pickup the phone I was put on hold. And the person never came back to the phone. The phone is constantly ringing or stay busy.
