The restaurant is so cold you can't even take off your jacket. I wanted to treat my mother to waffles. Waffle iron has been broken for weeks. Unacceptable you can get that fixed or order a new machine. 2 breakfast coming to $30.00 is ridiculous. Especially when your food gets cold before you can finish eating it. I'm a mystery shopper and if I was doing a shop on this place it would have a F for the score. I see why there are no customers inside the server don't even smile or say thank you.

My experience here is not good barely got attended today, they talk more In the kitchen then work, they are taking to long to come to my table so I can order something else, I've been waiting for a while 10 minutes or more and when the waitress came she gave me my receipt even tho I asked that I was going to order something else and finally I did order something else but they are taking to long plus they had tables dirty as well. this ihop needs to find better and well trained employees. This is why I barley don't come to IHOP.

The food was ok but not really seasoned well though. Had a nice presentation and look good. I forgot my daily pill pack on the table. When I called the restaurant it took them forever to actually respond. Was on hold for quite a bit. The restaurant manager stated that she checked the tables however at this point the table would have definitely been cleared off anyway. Someone definitely got a nice high off of those

frustrated after ordering online and making me wait for two hours they rejected my order. I would understand if they warned me if they are short staffed or lack ingredients but no warning at all! such a waste of time and it's terrible that my was looking forward to have it!!!

I had a terrible experience at IHOP. I placed an online order for curbside pickup, and when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I waited for 5 minutes and tried calling, but it went straight to voicemail. No one spoke to me, no one acknowledged I was there, and there was zero customer service. I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Definitely not coming back.

This place must be really dirty or something. All my friends and I have gotten sick from eating here. Eat here if you want food poisoning. For the love of all that’s good, save yourselves by avoiding this ihop.
