I had a terrible experience at IHOP. I placed an online order for curbside pickup, and when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I waited for 5 minutes and tried calling, but it went straight to voicemail. No one spoke to me, no one acknowledged I was there, and there was zero customer service. I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Definitely not coming back.

Just left from there. They only had 1 cook who was also the only server... How does that work 😐
Terrible Service. Go anywhere else! I left after waiting and not being acknowledged even.

This place must be really dirty or something. All my friends and I have gotten sick from eating here. Eat here if you want food poisoning. For the love of all that’s good, save yourselves by avoiding this ihop.

went there earlier in the week. They were short staffed. I saw party leaving that was seated before me. After not been waited on for 10 minutes, I left. I will not return. Has this place been inspected lately? Looked questionable.

Sabrina was the girl that took my order and she was so pleasant and kind, even though it was 4 am she had my food out and ready to go in such a timely fashion. The best part is I asked for some tobasco sauce on the side with my order but, instead she gave me a whole bottle. Yayy! (Love tobasco) ❤️ Anyway, that girl is the MVP, and she has the best customer service.. I've been in customer service myself for 10+ years, and she is what I strive to be like and people I try to surround myself around. Thank you, Sabrina , you made my morning!! Oh, and thank you too IHop.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not worth a penny. Took forever to get our food when there were only a couple customers at the time. The place was freezing. Got our order wrong, charged us for an extra soda when we never ordered a soda and then proceeded to try to correct it but couldn’t prove that he corrected it.

My girlfriend and I came here to eat earlier this afternoon around 12:15 And we did not get our food until an hour later because their tablet did not enter our order correctly. After I received my Cali turkey melt sandwich. I was halfway through once I realized my bread had mold all over the crust. At first I thought it was where the bread was cooked on the stove, but it turned out to be dark blue. The Manager noticed it and apologized and gave me my meal for free. At this time, I’m currently feeling nauseous, I do plan on seeking legal action if I become very ill or sick.

Over an hour wait for wrong, unseasoned orders and terrible service, and excuses about them being "busy" when there were only maybe 4 other tables.

It’s considered a 24/7 restaurant. One host, one waiter and what feels like one cook. We sat and ordered at 12:20 am, decided to leave at 1:40 because our food wasn’t being cooked at all. There was at least 3 tables before mine and they were still waiting for their food. Not going to blame the staff but the owner or the manager that leaves such little staff on a Saturday night. Ovoid this restaurant if you can.

Foods alright but the servers are racist like most businesses in the area. Black manager walks right past me and my boys to the black folks standing behind us so he can seat them first. I said something and he goes “oh I thought y’all was ordering out” alright, then shouldn’t you still talk to us first seeing as were the first in line? But he seats us; Then when he comes back 20 minutes later he decides to take the other tables order before ours despite the fact we were sat first. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with this area but waffle house did the same type of stuff and the servers over there didn’t do anything but complain the entire time we were there until I had to crash out on her. Then all of a sudden tunes change. How about just not being racist. I travel for work and understand North Carolina is a really racey state, but guess what? I’m the guy who tips big. His poor service made me not even want food from the establishment. My boys ate but I definently didn’t, and he didn’t get the $50 tip he would have if he learned how to do his job correctly and didn’t pick favorites based on skin color. He could’ve been my favorite server for the three weeks I was here and made $50 a day off tips and $50 a day off food because I EAT. But Instead he got nothing other than a bad review for his business and I will exclusively avoid this establishment every time I come to NC which is typically 3-6 months out the year.
