“Golden India is an amazing restaurant to eat at. I am part Indian and have been exposed to some of the best Indian food I can come across. However, this is no acceptation. It is beyond flavorful, delicious, and truly authentic. My family and I like lots of spice, and they delivered with beyond out experience, amazing. However, this is not to say that if you don’t like spice, they will definitely make it as mild, or as spicy, as you want. The naan is also extremely authentic. It’s light, crispy yet fluffy, and all around perfection. Aside from the food, the service was amazing! Our waiter Cliff was constantly asking if we needed anything without being annoying. As we were eating, he would ask at the right times if we needed anything, and gave us our peace when we were mid bite. He was by far one of the best waiters I’ve ever had at any restaurant, not just ones in Zermatt.

All around amazing restaurant and delectable to all. I have been coming to Zermatt every year and this is not a restaurant that I will ever pass up. I will go 2-3 times per trip on average. Really amazing work, highly recommend, not at all exaggerating! I also highly, highly, recommend sharing dishes as it helps immerse you and your friends/family in the “Indian” culture. Very delicious and I can’t stress enough as to how authentic it was :)“
