We were in town visiting and wanted to try some NC bbq but this isn’t it. We stopped by because of the reviews but were disappointed. They only have hot dogs and bbq sandwiches. No idea what kind of meat it is. When we walked in (obviously not from around here) they just stared at us and were not very friendly or helpful with what to order. We got three bbq sandwiches with no bbq sauce. Mine came with sauerkraut that I didn’t know they added. Apparently you can get sauerkraut or coleslaw. I would have loved to try to coleslaw if someone would’ve asked me. We were thoroughly disappointed. Maybe this is the kind of place that’s good if you grew up around it and know what to order. And there’s no place to sit but it looks like a restaurant from outside.

I love these hot dogs. I could eat 4 "all the way" and still be thinking about the 5th hotdog. The sandwich is excellent but the dogs are what bring me back. The toasted buns, the onions, the slaw. Perfect. I wish I had a photo to share but I wanted to eat them hot.The service is outstanding, friendly, quick, efficient. There's a reason they have so many regulars. No complaints from me.

I think buttering the edge of the bunns would be better when toasting them on the grill, and I may not have said all the way, but sure thought so, you'd think mustard comes on all the way , but hey its a hot dog, it did taste like old oil on edges of bun, im sure it will be as good or better the next time!

Just got three all the way for lunch. Top tier hot dog in the classic Southern style. Rivaled only by the Martinsville Speedway and the Peoples Gas down the street from the Speedway but these take the cake.

Pulliams doesn't try to lure you in by changing the menu or adding extras to what they have. They still serve the same unique BBQ and hot dogs they have always had. When you order, you know exactly what to expect (unless you are a new customer. In that case, be prepared for a different tasting bbq sandwich).
