Super friendly service, and really quick turnaround after ordering. But flavor and price wise it was a letdown. $17 for lo mein was shocking, but that’s my fault for just ordering without looking at the menu (lo mein at most Chinese takeout spots is $6-$9). I was hoping the flavor would blow my mind for that price, but sadly it really left me regretting my decision to order from here. Just too bland. Seriously the best fried rice in the city! I've tried at least 6-7 and no others come close. The lady/owner is always so nice and smiling. (Chicken and broccoli lunch special is a must try and the chicken wings)
My experience at Jade Garden Chinese restaurant was simply outstanding! The food was exquisite, especially the sesame chicken—it was hands down the best I've ever had. The service was equally exceptional; the lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Without a doubt, this is now my go-to spot for Chinese cuisine in Winston Salem. Highly recommended!
