I am so disappointed with Jimmy John's ....
Not as advertised one hour for three sandwiches delivery one mile from the store, first manager laughed about being fast and said "don't believe the commercials, we are not fast", sandwiches were not as I ordered even though they charged extra for something they don't put in their sandwiches. When I called to complain an associate hung up on me and when I return again the call, he put me on hold forever, it was so rude and disrespectful.
Came for $1 sub day. The team working made the line go fast and had great team work!
