I have never been asked, "Do you have an allergy to Gluten?" To get gluten and then charge an extra 1.75 for it is wild for prices already significantly higher than any other location. This was on top of the frat boy vibes of all the individuals behind the counter who were more interested in talking about their girlfriends than they were about working..... It certainly wasn't freaky fast, but freaky basic and uninspired.

If I were you go ahead and order your sandwich’s from another Jimmy John’s and pick it up before you come to this one. From the food to not being “freaky fast” any more it’s just a mess. Every time our company orders from online it takes 35+ minutes and we are a 5 minute drive away. Every time my order and coworkers orders are completely messed up. From adding things we don’t ask for to completely messing up the whole order we are sick of this Jimmy John’s! Go give your money to the other ones!!

First time I ever had Jimmy John's, and to me, it's an awesome sub! Service was extremely fast too! By the time I got done paying, the sub was ready, you can't get service that fast at subway!

I personally thought the service was horrible. I went into the shop and the manager a black individual who acknowledged his name as Amir on this 6th day of September at 1 pm 2024 was extremely rude and his associate was worse. I had a problem with my order and the associate not sure of his name was laughing and snickering and making rude remarks while Amir encouraged the escalation of the situation. I left the shop angry and upset while Amir and his associate partner continued to laugh ignoring the supposed freaky fast customer service first brand completely in the garbage can. The associate who seemed like something out of Deliverance was even worse. Owner you should get some surveillance and watch how your store is being run in your absence. James Bodie
