Parking: Way under staffed. There is this middle age black lady that's there most of the time and she has the nastiest attitude. Not people friendly at all. Very blunt; never says thank you and doesn't greet you when you approach the front end or drive through. I understand being tired due to being under staffed but that's no excuse for just being plain rude. There has been time, the drive thru was closed because of being understaffed; all was said is "I can't your order, you need to come in". The inside appearance is not clean and the bathrooms are nasty.

I will never order here again. The fries were cold and taste like it was cooked in old grease the Cole slaw was nasty and the manager who is a older lady was rude and not professional. The two team members who helped me were very kind and helpful.

I ordered a 8 Piece and two sides, And The Young Lady That took my order was very professional. I did have to wait on my order. I’m okay with that. When I received my order, my food was hot and fresh. And my wait wasn’t long 10 minutes.
