I've been a fan of Radar since they first opened, and am happy to see them continually evolve. Just stopped by and was extremely impressed with their Paradise Chai Porter - delicious and original! Their Meridian Mexican Lager with Lime was also very good and shows the diversity of their offerings. The Industry Hill neighborhood is great and Radar is a true anchor there.
Radar Brewery is fantastic! Aaron, the Master Brewer, is the real deal and crushing it totally. My wife and I go to all the breweries in Winston Salem & hands down their Europa Hefeweizen is the best & the same as I had when I was stationed in Germany.
