CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING!!This holds true to almost every fast food restaurant but it started with this KFC location. Back to back trips and food in which I PAID for was missing. It’s ridiculous because the employees are nice and friendly but I rather them be mean and rude if my order is correct. Currently a 2.8 for obvious reasons.

Got there to pick up my order, says it would be ready around 2:14. I got there at 2:10. The cashier says she hasn't seen that order. She walks over to the register looks at my order, says they don't have to make it until 2:40 then grabs the mop bucket and starts mopping the floor. I was on the phone telling someone about it and she is trying to over talk me and my conversation on my phone. I said "um excuse me" and walked out. I left and came back at 2:44 and she was trying to be nice letting me know my food was ready. HORRIBLE. Will never go back.

Biscuits was hard. No butter or honey. No Pepsi and got only a half of a cup of Dr Pepper. The fish was greasy and Luke warm. I’ve worked in restaurants. I want to know how you can stay in business. The time we went today was 4:36 pm. I will never go back. Oh yea we went there a few weeks ago and couldn’t get any food.

They make the cars move forward past the window. When I was here today it was 3 at one time, and its like they forgot about us, cause it took a very long time. Annoyed because I believe they have a timer, but they can take all the time they want without management knowing cause they are manipulating the timer, which should be used for analytics for management to determine if they need more help to serve the customers better.

I ordered at the drive thru, the chicken was burnt to beyond a crisp. General manager talk to your staff. I wish I could get my $11.00 back.

I've went to many fast food restaurants in many different countries, and I have to say, this has been my worst experience so far by a large degree, especially considering all I did was walk inside the restaurant and pick up food from which I ordered online. I'm Asian, so you may know that some of our names are hard to pronounce. I walked in and asked the worker managing the pick up station for an order with my name on it. And upon giving that name, the worker asked, "What's your name?", then proceeded to do a mockery of what Asian names sound like, interjected every once in a while to say "That's your name, that's your name". All this time, I managed to keep a tight smile, picked up my food, and left. Surprising how much this short encounter affected me. And I suppose if the food was alright, then I'll be willing to let it slide. But when I got my food, not only were the take out boxes covered in grease on the outside, but the food was somehow dry on the outside, with tons of oil and grease inside the breading. In addition, some of the chicken had a very strange and by no means pleasant aftertaste. I advise anyone looking to just have a quick, comfortable time to get good food to stay far away from this poor excuse of a fast food restaurant.

Was really looking forward to trying the new nuggets from KFC well they are by no means worth the money we spent $25 on 2 8pc nuggets and 2 nugget kids meals ....the nuggets were so small ...they were barely the size of a quarter and the kids meals only came with 5 extremely small nuggets with a juice and apple sauce ....it was not worth the money at all ....they advertise chrispy nuggets but give you original recipe ....

This has to be the worst KFC in WInston! If i could give zero stars i would because this location doesnt even deserve 1 star!! This evening was the 2nd time I gave this location a chance.The customer service there tonight was not professional at all! If you don't like your job there, than leave!!! Don't take it out on the customer because you are not happy!The order was not correct and the chicken was so greasey!

Horrible service. They were out of fries. They didn't have the Mac and cheese ready. At least 5 people through the drive threw got there food before us when we've been waiting for 30 minutes. Very very slow.

Employee was EXTREMELY rude! Went through drive thru. Pulled up to place my order, and waited to be greeted. No one said anything. After about 2 minutes of waiting, I said hello. Nothing. This repeated for about another minute. I then decided to drive to the window. She came to the window (with the headset on her head) and told me, “you just gonna have to drive back around ‘cause I’m in here by myself, working the counter AND drive thru!” First, change your tone…I don’t do wrong tones. Second, she had the headset on; therefore, she could’ve just told me she would be with me in a minute. But she never greeted me while I was at the drive thru speaker. Finally, I didn’t “have” to do anything in this situation, but I “chose” to drive away. Change the way you communicate with others, ma’am. I understand staff shortages and would have been happy to wait, but her nasty attitude was not acceptable.
