Kimono Japanese Restaurant And Sushi Bar

I don't normally write reviews. But tonight, the service was horrible. Waiter never came back to check on us. No refills, no checking if food came out right. He was completely disengaged. Someone else had to bring our sauces. To make matters worse. It is an open dinning room. So I could see him standimg around doing nothing. He was talking to the other wait staff like he was out socializing. Had to ask a separate waiter for a to go box. Complained to manager. All he said was I apologize and have a good night. No offer to make it right. No offer to take 10% off. No offer for a dessert or even a drink to go. Bottom line if you value service don't go here! They are not interested in service or making it right.

Best around compared to any other & reasonable prices

We had dinner on a Friday night at 7 PM. We had steak and scallop combo with mixed vegetables and steak and shrimp combo with mixed vegetables and tuna tataki and House salad with ginger dressing. The mixed vegetables were not fresh. They were possibly leftovers from lunch, re-cooked. The steak was extremely overcooked and was possibly a reheat from lunch time- also not fresh. The tuna portion was 4-5 slices for $10.50. The house salad ginger dressing was the best thing about the entire meal. The salad was from a bag you can buy at the grocery store poured into a bowl. The waiter took our order, brought our drinks and food, and only came back when we flagged him down. Would not recommend this overpriced, sub par restaurant and will not return. I didn’t take any pictures unfortunately because there wasn’t anything worth taking a picture of. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I order from here quite a bit for lunch since I work right down the road from them, they are quick at getting your order ready, always friendly when walking in the front door and their food is perfect! I’ve had their sushi & their steak & fried rice, I don’t have anything bad to say both are always great!
Their prices are great too! Get a ton of food for the same price as a meal at a fast food restaurant but their food is actually ‘real’!

We went on Sunday on the store does not have that many tables only for tables including us and the waitress she cannot handle that many our food come cold if you ask for anything they charge you for it customer service horrible they only take care of online or take out orders

My favorite sushi ever!

The food is good. However!
Our service was awful.
Our waitress brought our food out after 25 mins of waiting, and then was confused who had what dish (it was only a table of 2) what's worse is, everytime I looked at her she was on her phone or laughing and joking with the other staff. Finally our sushi came out (much later than our enteres) and we repeatedly asked her for white sauce which she confused for ginger sauce.
We obviously were not a priority to her, so her tip was not a priority to us.
Me and my wife typically tip very well.
That waitress just lost 40$ on a 75$ table. And it's her own fault.

The food here is always amazing! When I come down from VA to visit my Mom, we always go here to eat.
