Horrible experience with the female manager on today’s date 3/8/24. She had no clue what was going on and very little knowledge of my fundraising order that has been documented through the store email for weeks. She left me waiting on the phone many times without informing me to hold on or please wait. I had to ask several times if she was still on the phone. I could barely understand her and the music was blasting so loud in the background there that I could not hear her well....read full review
