Only gripe I have is that the completely redid the interior. The doughnut factory is gone, and there is a brief history of the franchise, from what I saw. I didn't pay attention to it mostly, I was focused on my agenda. With the factory being gone, kid is can't watch the doughnuts anymore, which sucks becut, even as an adult, that was one of the best things about it

There is NO REASON they should EVER run out of plain original glazed ,the thing that makes them continue to flourish period ..with all the employees and the fact they have a 80% automated conveyor, they shouldn't be slacking on simply mixing and dumping the batter in to be ready whenever ANYONE comes in ...smh so disappointed frfr ...smh !!!

The KK is going through some remodel but that certainly hasn’t stopped the nice staff from being inviting and so helpful! The kind lady who helped me this morning gave me a free doughnut off the hot now belt and it made my day! I just hate I didn’t catch her name! 🤍
