We were on our way to hit up the big box store down the street. We needed fuel to maintain sanity as we enter the shoppers' gauntlet. I had the Monster Wet Burrito. So big, cheesy, and loaded with deliciousness. My Bonita Esposa had the Carnita de Oregano. Sided with beans and rice. Both meals were a lovely Mexican delight. With a belly full of fuego, we were ready to tackle the shoppers.

Put less cumin (comino) on the food
The salsa en su jugo looked like aqueous salsa broth with a mix of alambre, and the flavor tasted different. I know that it goes with meat boiled in it.

So glad we returned to eat here. We came here Years ago and felt the food wasn't memorable enough. This time around the food was excellent. We had beef and chicken fajitas, so good. It had yellow, red, and green peppers in it. The refried beans were so fresh I didn't know they could taste so good. We tried the flan for dessert and it is a must have! Fajitas are what we consider a safe option at Mexican restaurants, but we will happily be coming back to try some of their...
