The flavored waters, ice creams and more are very delicious but the service is very poor; They are not at all cordial or friendly with the clientele. I have made several purchases here and each person serves us extremely poorly, it almost seems like they are doing us a huge favor :/ I hope they can improve that aspect ✨️
The first time I went with my Mexican friend, the experience was amazing. It felt like I was at a Caribbean Ice Cream shop because they had all the tropical flavors. The second time I took my sister, and when we asked to sample the flavors, the woman serving us said they don’t do samples. After ordering, we realized there were sample spoons throughout the store. We asked why they weren’t doing samples, and the lady said I don’t know and rudely walked away. I’m curious...
I visited this ice cream as just an enroute to salem lake. Its cash only place, so be sure tocarry some. Place is clean. Ice cream is tasty. They have lot more on the menu. I also tried mango loco, strawberry la creme. Its noice cream but very tasty. But downside is entire menu is in spanish, they are ready to help. Still would have loved it more with English menu.
