I usually do not post bad experiences ? because we all have bad days or that one rude person. I've eaten here twice now with the same rudeness from different workers. First nice little sign on drive through says pull to the window. I tell lady what I'd like and she informed me that was L3. Like I should have their menu memorized.? No smile, no thank you. Just move forward ma'am. They got a good for the food because I really like LJS shrimp? slaw and hush puppies and the food was good. But it's the 2nd time it felt like I was bothering them. Really people, who do you think is paying your salary?? Management needs to work on the staff's courtesy model here. I will refrain from eating here again.

The restaurant has plenty of people working, but is lacking anyone with management skills, always out of food , wait time is about 20 minutes. Food will be left laying in the grease. I Long John Silvers but not this one. Pass it by.Parking: It's in a difficult location to get into and out of allow about 20 minutes to park, and to exit.

Ordered on the app at 8:05. They close at 9. After 5 or 6 minutes the app said food was ready. Walk inside and the unkind employee said they were out of chicken. Theeen the manager came out and said they didn't have time to unthaw more chicken so they were done for the day. I asked for a refund and the manager told me they couldn't do that, I'd have to get it through the app. The whole time the app shows my food is ready. Oh, and good luck trying to get hold of anyone on the app for a refund. I called my bank and refuted the charges. POOR service. Lazy employees and manager. Don't waste your time going there.

Don't waste your time, or money, because it is not fit to eat!!!!! The food and service both suck! Upon arrival I should have been leary since it was noon, and practically no cars in parking lot. When walking in my shoes immediately stuck to the floor. Due to having a wait to order, I went to the restroom, trash can lid was off, lid and can in middle of the floor. 4 stalls, and 2 stalls tissue holder hanging off of the wall, and tissue in the floor. The other 2 the toilets, was crammed full of tissue and needed attention. Then to top that off, NO soap in the dispenser. I should have turned around and left at that point, and so.wish I would have!!!!! Returned to the counter to order, no greeting what so ever!!! So....I decided I would tell her that the restroom could use some attendance before placing my order.Now, let's discuss the food. I ordered, and it was atleast a 15 minute wait, at a fast food restaurant... .WTH! While waiting, I observed very few customers in the dining room had even gotten their orders although they was seated. Not one time did they call out a number to pickup an order. People standing, and waiting to pu, others already seated in dr started coming up, and inquiring, then a couple customers started having words over whose order was who's because they just were just calling out plate #. After 15 minutes, I finally received mine. I ask for ketchup, tartar sauce, and malt vinegar because I saw none in the bag, and no condiments out, and available to serve yourself. I was told it was in the bag. I proceeded to be seated. As soon as I sat down I unbagged my food, condiments was in bottom of bag. But, guess what, no silverware utensils!!! I went back to counter to inquire about utensils not realizing out of ALL those condiments I had no ketchup. By this time I was so frustrated I had lost my appetite. The plate presentation was a sight, and not desirable. The food was hot, and EXTREMELY greasy. Needless to say, this was my 1st, and last visit to this location. Out of all my travels, this is the ABDOLUTE worst experience I have ever experienced at a LJS, so all i can say is JUST DON'T DO IT!!!!! I wish I would have taken a picture. Today's lesson learned, ALWAYS read the reviews!

We tried the new nugget and mac bowl. Delicious! The building could use an update but was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

1st time in a LJS in 30 years. Still has better fish than most fancy restaurants. It's really good. This location was fast, had good friendly service and was very clean and had a newer interior design. Good job!Kid-friendliness: Has Kids meals

Went in on a Sunday night for dinner. The inside/lobby was a ghost town. No customers at all. Should have been a warning. Ordered two Long John Silver's meals. Food was ok but we asked for Tartar sauce and Ketchup. They had neither. What restaurant doesn't have ketchup!!

I thought the place was closed, and it looks like they thought they were too.The cashier didn't give a total at the drive through window, then tells me it's going to be a wait on the chicken. I didn't know they were going to have to slaughter a live one, pluck its feathers and butcher it.That's the only explanation i have as to how it is I've been here close to forty minutes with no order, i just saw the guy who walked in the store before me come out with his food, its ridiculous and really unacceptable.They got the order right and the chicken wasn't greasy, which is why it is a three star instead of a 1 rating.Was it forty minutes good? No, absolutely not.This place has been here for years by some miracle. I've never once thought of coming here, and I never will think about it again. I'd recommend going to the KFC on Peter's Creek instead.

Was really looking forward to trying the new nuggets from KFC well they are by no means worth the money we spent $25 on 2 8pc nuggets and 2 nugget kids meals ....the nuggets were so small ...they were barely the size of a quarter and the kids meals only came with 5 extremely small nuggets with a juice and apple sauce ....it was not worth the money at all ....they advertise chrispy nuggets but give you original recipe ....

The absolute WORST restaurant for service.Guy with his jeans hanging down to the top of his legs touching everything not greeting customers, just standing there stoned off his nut, looking at customers like they owe him something. Employees so loud in their personal conversations everyone can hear their private stories.Orders take FOREVER. They come in late everyday and open the doors and then say "we don't have no food up".How is this place still in business ?

Almost 2 hours before closing and the place was vacant. Big surprise since they had everything shut down and weren't making food. Went somewhere else. Reading the reviews, sounds like I was fortunate.

ABSOLUTE trash, at most 2 people work there, drive-thru wait time is absolutely ridiculous, then IF you get to order you end up having to wait AGAIN for them to bring you food out.Last visit we waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru menu, watched 2 employees walk out to a car with a line behind us...never ordered and when we drove to leave there were no cars at the window and no customers insidethe place is TRASH and not recommended unless you've got all day to wait on food

Sat at drive thru for 15 mins waiting. Car in front of me left. Cashier said they were short-handed. Great place if you have all day to wait for your meal.

Stunk inside restaurant. One of the employees was in the kitchen area carrying on on the phone very loud about another employee, my understanding was the employee didn't come to work. She was very loud and parked her car right in front of the main entrance, blocking it. There are elderly and handicap people that had to go around her car. She even came out in eating area carrying on the conversation. It was around lunchtime 03/14/2023. Not professional at all

Fish was cooked fresh and tasted great. This location was all out of most dipping sauces. Ended up only getting vinegar. Bathrooms could use a remodel.
