Showed up 45 mins to closing. Asked if we were pushing the time limit. They kindly sat us and gave us excellent service!!

My family and i arrived to eat dinner and had to wait for almost an hour, before we decided to leave because Dawn who is apparently one of the managers decided to let multiple people who arrived 30 min after us, sit down before us. Her lack of customer service and management had people waiting for an hour while half the restaurant was empty. Please don’t go there if you want good customer service. When i asked why she took other people before us she was making up excuses. Safe to say Longhorn is one of my favorite steak houses but the one in a Winston Salem is by far the worst one i’ve been too 🤣

Can’t rate the food unfortunately. We wanted to celebrate two birthdays there. We called and were told they don’t do reservations and to just come with some time since there usually is some waiting. We arrived at 6pm as a party of 8. We left the waiting area at 8:20pm. We weren’t seated, nobody talked to us. They could have just moved two tables together but they apparently would much rather have empty tables than do that. It was ridiculous.
It was too late to get a table at another restaurant, so we all just went and got fast food. What should have been a nice evening at a restaurant just made all of us mad. Definitely will not be coming back here for any occasion!

After 18 years of dining primarily at this Longhorn location and always being pleased with food and service, I was met with disappointment tonight.
My French onion soup was so thick, like onion sludge, I could've seriously eaten it with a fork. The flavor was fine (albeit a little on the salty side), but the bread inside was good and it had that marvelous broiled cheese crust on top, so I didn't send it back.
One of my dining partners also had the soup and hers was thin like a French onion broth should be. Did I get the bottom of the early pot?
And since this was more like a late lunch than a dinner, I opted for a burger instead of a steak. I'm sorry I did. Again, it's like someone was let loose with the salt shaker.

Winston Salam store,It was my first time ever eating there. I will never ever go back. I was with disabled vet, who they don't serve nn. Cause the waiter took forever to get to us and was to busy entertaining gf or sum girl. And it took forever to get food, half the restaurant was closed cause of being short staff. But still tats not our problem or our fault. Our vets sld b treated as special guests. Cause they served our country and keep everyone safe. I was so upset over this ordeal it took me days to calm dwn.

Great food. I always get their chicken parmesan. Soup and cedar salad. Take the chicken home for a second meal. Loaded potato soup is delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. Even the manager brought us our food and got me another beer. Don't come here often but when I do it's always excellent.

The service here was phenomenal. We ate at lunch time on Black Friday and had a gentleman waiter. He was wonderful. The food was so good. I will go back to this location.

Tonight we arrived at about 9:45 we were notified that they are closing at 10 for holiday hours we were skeptical about staying but I’m so glad we did , it was the best service we ever had received, I can’t remember our servers name she was so sweet and Adham . They were absolutely awesome !!!!

Went here for my mother's birthday dinner. Took Approx 15mins for someone to come take drink orders.Came back approx 15mins later and took our food order. Customers that were seated after us ordered, ate, paid and we're leaving before we got our food. We waited so long we just requested carry out boxes and my mom took her birthday dinner to go. When we addressed this to the manager all he said was 'Sorry to hear that, usually doesn't happen that way'. I am not from this area BUT this is the worst experience as a customer.

We had a family group of 6 celebrating my mother-in-laws birthday. My son, mother-in law ordered our filets medium rare. All 3 came out woefully over cooked. Brown all way through. We they brought the steaks the second time my mother in law’s was slightly overcooked but she ate it. My son’s and my steak were rare. Raw meat with a cold center. Completely uncooked. We sent those back of course. The third time my son and my steak looked like it had thrown on the grill to char it a little but they both were still completely raw. We said we’re done and asked the server to take them off the bill. He did. No manager or person in charge ever visited our table. Our server Vladimir was wonderful but was visibly shaken because our food was so wrong so many times. We tipped him well because we know it wasn’t his fault and he did everything he could to make it better. Won’t be eating there again anytime soon. Worst steakhouse experience I’ve ever had.
