DO NOT EAT HERE‼️ I came for a lunch date and the entire experience was HORRIBLE, starting with the host!! Old white guy just stood there like we didn’t exist, was not very welcoming AT ALL. Our server apparently forgot about us, and someone else bought our food out after it sat and got cold!! There was a horrible smell and flies swarming our food and drinks immediately after we were served. I should’ve never eaten 1 bite, my stomach began to hurt after 2-3 bites!! It’s a wonder how this place is even open. I spoke with a manager and he disregarded each complaint and told me other people are theirs without complaint!! It was my first and last visit this location!!

Lamb chops A1, delicious, juicy, savor and the sides were great. Loved that spinach dip with those perfect fried pita bread, love cooking here.
Excellent well cooked delicious food here, staff are very welcoming, friendly and see to you quickly from the time you walk in until you leave, a great dining experience. Would definitely recommend stopping by!

This use to be a great place for both good food & service. However, in the last few months there must have been a management change because no longer do they bus their tables when they’re very busy, leaving tables (both in the bar & main dinning) with dirty dishes and a lobby full of people waiting to be seated. I have watched on two separate occasions this happen. Not only does the wait staff ignore the tables but the floor mgr. also does the same. As someone who has worked at a top steakhouse, turning tables is not only how to keep the customers happy but it was how we all made our money. ? From the restaurant, to the tip-outs for our runners, bartenders, cooks etc. I hope they can get their crews together and be as good as they once were. (This night, they were not short handed as you can see in the pictures).

The food was amazing- great quality and hot. Xiomara was nothing less than PERFECT!! Her customer service was by far the best I’ve had. She catered to our needs the entire time we were dining. I will now be requesting to sit in her section! Great job Long Horn, she’s a keeper.
We were seated on walk in and the waitress took our order shortly after we were seated. We already knew what we wanted, so we were able to place our order and get our salads fairly quickly. The meal was served hot and the steak was exactly the right doneness. The loaded mashed potatoes are my new favorite side dish and they were "just right." Our waitress was busy with a large group that were seated next to us, but she kept an eye on our glasses and checked on us in a timely manner. No complaints!

CLOSE THIS RESTAURANT DOWN NOW!!!! THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING. SERVER WITH MASK WAS RUDE AND FOOD WAS NASTY!!! SMH CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY!
