employees are great...my complaint is i come by everyday and the milkshake machine is always down...ALWAYS!! dont advertise milkshakes n McFlurries if it never works. oh and this has been since the first of oct 24 it is now jan25....find out what machines COOKOUT uses theirs always works

Amazing service. The staff is extremely friendly. My mobile order was accidentally given to someone else. They made it fresh for me and hooked it up. So far this has been the best service so far in all of North Carolina.

Typically the staff are wonderful in the mornings. Have never had any negative encounters. Only one instance where an iced coffee was only 85% full. Maybe the cold brew coffee was out. Would have rather waited a few minutes for a full cup.
