Why is almost every McDonalds so bad? This is one of those that refuses to hand you tour cup when you order. I asked the guy but he said no. And it took an incredible amount of time for our food meanwhile we don’t have our drinks and they are doing customers orders behind us before we get our food. None of this is acceptable. Also, a small amount of fries in the large. No where near full.

We had 3 drive thru mobile order this morning manger stated she only can do 2 at drive thru when I asked where is that policy is written at she said nowhere we just do it not only that drive thru was really slow this morning cars not moving had to be pulled and wait for my food never got it walk in the store got my food after 15 more minutes without my 3rd order that she refused to get over drive thru Food was nasty cold food hard bun nasty drink and melted caramel frappe employee was clearly struggling I felt bad for them she wasn’t able to manage the store making her own rules and serving unsanitary food

I like the food. The kiosk sucks. It's a waste of time. I have no desire to use the app nor the kiosk. And it seems the stools are purposely uncomfortable. You need to work on the inside atmosphere.

I came through the drive-thru and ordered three ice creams one for me one for my son and one for my other son their ice creams came out just fine but mine came out not like I ordered it I ordered it with fudge on top and fudge on the bottom they gave me ice cream with a little swirl of fudge and said that was extra I told them I paid for extra and I need extra so they took it back with an attitude and when they gave me my new ice cream back something was wrong with it it didn't taste right it was watery in the middle almost like they put water in it or spit in it or something I wouldn't trust this McDonald's especially the crew that's working there now they have bad attitudes they have terrible service and I wouldn't trust them at all
Loved it. Most chill vibes of all the McDonald's I've been to. Food was perfect, and everything was very clean and neat. 👍👍
