My husband went to grab me some food for lunch and decided to buy himself some and they literally gave him a empty cup and not even the full order. Very disrespectful they just gave him a bag they had since who ever did our order decided to put both meals in different bags. Truly not okay they need to make sure they put the full order. Not my first time this happens.

When I went it was just me and my friend and one other person ordering in to eat. We waited about 20 minutes for food, meanwhile we watched the drive thru get cleared out multiple times.
The food wasn't bad, it was pretty standard for a McDonalds, but if I had known the drive thru was going to be prioritized, I'd have just gone through there instead. All of the tables were dirty, and the sign that basically said, "You have 30 minutes to eat and leave" wasn't exactly welcoming.

I mobile ordered A mocha and when I got to the drive-through window, the employee told me to pull into a curbside spot. I then waited an impressive 45 MINUTES without anyone bringing me my drink. A drink is the lowest effort item that I could’ve ordered on the McDonald’s menu and they still manage to mess up every single thing they do.

I will not be coming back to this location. The night time manager was clean the top of the fry warmer and touching rags she cleaned with with no gloves on then touching food yes I made her remake my food cause that was disgusting. This happens 12/1/24 @ 9:45 pm. yes I get they gotta clean but honestly u can do that after u close. Oh then she uses a little tray to catch nasty food and dust in and the proceeds to add frys to the dang fry warmer. This place is nasty stay away

I am utterly disgusted with the way I just received my ice cream. I thought I should treat myself using the mobile app and get me a nice little ice cream cone for dessert and as I’m waiting at the window, the boy who is making my ice cream was not wearing any gloves, and his hands looked dirty I think it is disgusting how people run restaurants nowadays I didn’t even feel safe to eat my own ice cream. He had his bare hands on my food where I had to eat, and I want to put in a complaint. Do not go to this restaurant and do not order ice cream

Lived in the area for one month. Never go in the mornings always lunch or dinner. Everytime I go, either drive thru or dine in everyone but one person has an attitude, rudeness, laziness, and general disgust on their faces. The dining area has trash and food on the floors and tables. Everytime I go in to eat, I have to wait at least 5 mins before some one comes to the register to take my order. I have to ask for some one to clean a table off for me, and I still get attitude.I order from doordash from this store and my food is either luke warm or missing items or some one has stolen my order and they have to make it again.Then today I got my order home and find my 2 pies have been out of expiration and hard as a rock. This is getting ridiculous. I've been nice and pleasant to everyone in there and I get nothing but 'tude from everyone except one person (I'm not naming names). And if I wasn't paying attention I could've possibly got sick from eating food that should've been thrown away 2 hours prior. Food safety laws are present for a reason. I hope one of the managers sees this and fixes the issue. I don't want my money back or coupons I want the issues fixed.
