I recently visited McDonald's and had a disappointing experience. The person working there refused to give me my receipt and even attempted to send me away without it. To make matters worse, they mispronounced my name, calling me Jocelyn instead of Jaqueline. Their rudeness and condescending attitude made me feel like I was being treated like a child. It's concerning that this behavior is happening at this branch. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service provided. I hope this issue gets addressed by the management team at McDonald's. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive proper service, including receiving their receipts without any hassle. This experience has left me hesitant to return to this particular branch in the future. Furthermore, the issues didn't end with the receipt incident. I also encountered problems with their tea service. Not only was I not given a tea bag, but the water for the tea was not hot enough. Additionally, one of the morning workers seemed slow and struggled to understand my order properly. This lack of efficiency and attention to detail is disappointing, especially considering the reputation McDonald's typically upholds for quick and reliable service. Moreover, the situation escalated when I witnessed a black lady yelling and screaming at her coworkers, seemingly just to get orders out. This kind of behavior creates a hostile work environment and is unacceptable. It not only reflects poorly on the employees but also tarnishes the overall experience for customers like myself. McDonald's should prioritize creating a positive and respectful workplace culture to ensure that both employees and customers feel valued and respected. Furthermore, I observed that the worker mops the floors every day, leaving them excessively wet, which poses a safety hazard to both employees and customers. It's concerning that such practices are tolerated, especially considering that employees are rewarded with titles like "Employee of the Month" shortly after performing these tasks. Using an excessive amount of water during cleaning not only creates a potential hazard but also suggests a lack of proper training and oversight in the workplace. This situation raises serious concerns about the overall management and safety protocols at this McDonald's branch.

I order thru the app for pickup, and I ALWAYS get my food AFTER the last car in the drive thru line... "Pull into a space and we'll bring it out."Guess I don't understand the advantage of ordering online. What's the point if the online orders take so long to get? Ordering in the drive thru is always faster.

i have ordered big mac's thru 2 different delivery services, and the meat on each burger was SMALLER than the bun!! false advertising & total dissatisfaction!! what happened to McDonald"s???

Friendly employees! If you order an item that has to be cooked i.e. chocolate chip cookies - then it can be a good few extra minutes of a wait. But you get fresh cookies so it equals out lol. I think it’s quicker if you do a mobile order in the drive thru or for dine in also!

Was excited they put m&m mcflurries back on the menu so decided to order one. I received a cup of ice cream with a bunch of m&ms on the top (not mixed in) I paid $4.19 + tax to have to mix the m&ms in myself— I feel scammed.

I wanted a great fast food option close to home, but this is not it. My order has been wrong 90% of the times I went through the drive through. I won’t speculate why. The food is greasy and the fries are undercooked. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s
