Haven’t been to this McDonald’s in a bit and wanted to get drinks and some sundaes. Our sundaes were in this paper McFlurry cup, first problem. Second problem was watching the employee put a huge amount of chocolate sauce. Stop advertising hot fudge when it’s not hot fudge, it is chocolate sauce! This is what they looked like when I got home. I paid $3.39 times 2 for this! Horrible!

I give this review 5 stars only based off the interaction with the manager Jamel Davis (hope I spelled his name correctly). I personally had a rough experience at this location tonight. Ordered my food ahead of time and received the wrong order and after getting home and going back to the location I was able to get a refund as well as my order he was patient with my 3 kiddos being tired and hungry as he navigated through the situation. Another guy I wish I would've caught...

However, management needs to hire more help. Almost no kitchen staff in there to the point no one is ever at the register the past few months. The employees work hard so its not their fault.
Mc Donalds prices are x3 higher which is absurd, there is no reason you cant hire a few more kitchen staff when i see these prices.
