Nothing Bundt Cakes

This was my first time in store. Catherine was amazing! She was very welcoming and patient while I decided what to get. She explained everything thoroughly and taught me all about the app! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received 😊

My family has bought cakes from the Winston Salem location for years. The service and cakes have always been wonderful. Recently we purchase a gluten free cake for a birthday party and everyone who tried it complained about the taste. We called the following day and no one seem to care. They did apologize but didn't offer to bake another cake or even refund our money. (Their apology was not very friendly) As much as they charge for their cakes you would think they would want to make it right. You may want to consider your next purchase before you are left empty handed.

My company received a chocolate chip cake from the Commerce Agency(?). I believe that’s what it’s called. I had two slices and within 30 minutes my stomach was cramping and upset. I spent that day, that night, and the next day dealing with this very dangerous issue. I had a full blown case of food poisoning. I actually had to miss a full day of work! My coworker ate some and had stomach issues as well. I’m not sure what happened but I thought that you all should know about this very real and dangerous issue. Thank you.

The older lady working was very rude. No one else in the store but us and she was rushing us. I normally love the cakes but most definitely will not be back to this store

Bought the carrot cake for my husbands birthday and was so excited because all the cakes we have gotten in the past were delicious! When I picked it up Saturday at 330 I noticed it was flat like the cake had fallen when they baked it but it was late and I thought maybe it was just me when we cut the cake it was dry and almost burnt, I was so disappointed and it made me disgusted to spend almost 50$ for something I could have done at home! My last purchase for sure :(

What a wonderful shop just stopped for the for the first time and the blonde lady was so welcoming and informative we had to get a Bundt to share we chose lemon and I'm so excited to taste it

These cakes are truly impeccable. We’ve had samples delivered to our work and my husbands work too, but for the first time we placed a cake order for my sister-in-laws bday. We placed the order yesterday morning, (name under Harvey if company needs this for reference) and came by this morning to pick it up. Upon entering we were stared at annoyingly (maybe one employee said hi) didn’t ask how they could help until we were just standing there silently for a few seconds.
We waited a few minutes while the lady went to the back to retrieve our order..
only when she came back, she had a box and took the cake from the display case out and the cake from the back inserted in the display case. Is this normal? I mean I didn’t know how long the display one had been sitting there and just figured they’d have given us one from the back?
I never expect a business to jump up and down upon me entering, but we didn’t feel welcome or like our business was appreciated by any stretch.

Every time I come to this store I feel like the women are rude and not knowledgeable about what they’re selling.The young lady that helped me seem as if she didn’t want to be there .I tried to order a Bundt cake tower of three which the sign clearly says three for 18. The young lady tried to charge me for three cakes then $18 to wrap it .when that didn’t seem right I went online to place the order and it was only $18. This is not the first I left this store feeling like someone was trying to get over me . This sucks bc my children like the cakes but we will not be back
