Very nice location. Big dining area. Our food was nice & hot for our dining experience. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

I wait over 15 minutes for my food, on drive thru, I ask the lady window why I have to wait so long, she do not answer me, just said “ you have a good afternoon “ 😡😡😡😡

Great sandwich! I had the fontega chicken. Prices are a little high, but if you have the panera rewards program, you get some perks (free coffee or a free pastry)

Every time I come to a Panera Bread, I am constantly waiting in the line for 15 plus minutes. It’s ridiculous 😖

745pm on a Saturday night. Walk in and the only people I see are customers waiting to order and sitting in the booths.
No employees around anywhere.
Finally a girl comes in from around back, on her phone. US standing there, a family of 4 trying to order.
She saw us and never put her phone down until we interrupted her conversation.
Asked for the manager. He came around and seemed too preoccupied to deal with us or even care. Finally ordered and received food.
Pepsi was out and so was the napkin holder. Went to ask for more and he was chilling in the kitchen on his phone.
This place is too busy doing everything but serving customers.
Worst Panera ever. Go to 5 Guys or to Brixx pizza.
Manager, William, we will be in to see you in the morning.

Walked in, stood at the counter to order for 5 mins, no one came to the front. Another guy came in and finally a young girl walked to the front while on her personal cell phone. She helped this guy but then back to her cell phone while standing at the front counter. We finally interrupted her conversation to ask for help. She stated saying her mom was in the hospital and started getting upset. I asked to speak to the manager whom came to the front counter. His name is Ashton and I asked him why his help is not helping customers but talking on cell phones? He said well she is having a home issue so I allowed it. I proceeded to ask them why aren’t you at the front helping while she has her phone call? His response is “ well I do when I feel like it.” Really? When you fell like it? What has this world come to? Then you have the audacity to ask for a tip? Oh Bill the manager, I will be in tomorrow morning to talk with you! This is at the Panera Bread in Winston Salem on Hanes street! Instead head to the bricks pizza place, best customer service and food is much better as well as price!
