I think you need more professional staff. I was having a wonderful day until I went to pick up a takeout order I placed, and the employee named TJ treated us terribly. He made a mistake and entered the order as dine-in, even though I had proof that it was for takeout. Instead of fixing the mistake and packing the food, he just left it on the counter with the worst attitude! This is the first time I've received such bad treatment at one of their locations, and I've been a customer for over 15 years! I hope they can reprimand this person so he works with a better attitude! The problem isn't whether I submitted the order or if he made a mistake, but rather his bad attitude and the rudeness of leaving us talking to ourselves.

Went in through drive through they forgot my order and was missing noticed when I got home no one answers there phone and they never refunded.

If I was the owner. I would do all I could to keep these current people on the payroll. I pass other coffe/sandwich shops to come here(even other paneras). Especially the evening crew. The people make this place.

Would not recommend this location at all. I ordered a bagel online and went to pick it up in store and even though there were several employees working in the kitchen it still took forever just to get my bagel. I even had to ask an employee how much longer it would take and they hadn’t even started working on my order. After she gave me my bagel, I asked for cream cheese and the manager on duty had an attitude and said “cream cheese is an extra $1.60. Normally, I wouldn’t have had an issue paying for it, but since I had waited so long for my bagel I told him I didn’t feel like I should have to pay for the cream cheese because of the wait. He reluctantly gave it to me. All in all I will not be retuning to this location, they need to be under new management.

I normally go for the sweets, but will try their new selections when I'm offered a deal. Most of it tastes like glorified hospital food. As a sip club member, you're able to get a drink every three hours of the day

Go somewhere else … Place not busy. Went inside for a cup of coffee. After purchasing at kiosk (0 Human), waited more than 5 minutes with absolutely zero human interaction (no greeting, no eye contact) from 5 employees. After asking, they gave me a cup. $2.79 for a cup of coffee you have to get with NO human interaction. You be the judge …

Ok, it’s Panera. But this location seemed new and was very clean. We came in the late afternoon and it was quiet (except for my toddler crying). Very nice staff.

Slow service. Waited an extra 15 minutes for order that was still in the kitchen. I even had to ask for my rapid order that should have been put out for me to get. Manager NEVER apologized and was very offensive and rude. I could even hear the manager talking about me over the phone to other employees. Corporate called.
