Customer service is always very good - greeted fast and very friendly. Never have to wait long - store is clean and most important, food is hot and how I ordered. If there is ever an issue, which has only happened once, the manager addressed it and it wasn't even a problem that was the stores fault it was corporate papa johns. Very pleased with this location.
