The location and the end product is always fine, but this is the slowest pizza place in town. If you're ordering at even a remotely busy time, whether delivery or pick-up, it's going to take at least 20-30 minutes more than they say it will. It's truly insane. I refuse to do pick-up here anymore as a result – the one on Reynolda is way faster – and I'm about ready to never do delivery with Papa Johns at all until they give you an option to choose the location.

We stopped ordering from here as of today. We live within 5 minutes of the store. Our pizza time was approaching 1 hour. We called the store and the guy who answered the phone was unsympathetic and stated that the driver must have had other orders on the way. Cool. We tip well, usually $7 to $10 because it is difficult work. However, no call from the driver or the store after 45 minutes. What is bad is that the person we spoke to couldn't care less. We have been ordering from them over 8 years. Bad service and no way of making it right or telling us an update or letting us know when the driver would arrive. I really hope that other customers Are not treated like numbers. We all are real people calling for decent service and food and paying a premium. We deserve good service.Vote with your money. It is the only thing big companies understand.Revised. The next 2 deliveries were great. Upped from 3 stars to 5. No follow up from management or store manager. I did put in a review that requested follow up.

Order at 11 am and schuduled to be delivered at 1230. At 1240 had not delivered and called and was told it out for delivery. It 1.3 miles to my work. Was told she must be delivering others first and he has nothing to do with it. So what the point of having a appointment.

Literally watched them touch every part of the pizza barehanded. Pepperoni, sausage, cheese. Spread about by "clean" fingertips. No hairnets. Exercise caution when ordering from here. If you get a stomach bug, don't say I didn't warn you ?

It's not that the pizza tasted bad, it's because I specifically said with authority that I don't want Uber eats or door dash to deliver. I was LITERALLY across the street at hotel and would be willing to pick it up if they couldn't deliver directly..... NO, it was door dash that delivered 45 min later!
My tracker said that everything ready I get there and the pizza ready wing's still cooking for probably 7 more minutes

Great Menu options and and selection. However, when someone places an order in the APP, I had to make a profile. There should be a notation that you do not accept $100 bills.Waisted my time and two excited kids, waiting 45 minutes for an order that you would rather throw out, than to give them $35 change.Havent ordered from here in 5 years and won't for at least another 5 years. Not gonna go in on the driver but there defiantly was something going on there.

It's a take out delivery style venue with a family friendly atmosphere, mostly due to the workers. Food is excellent.

Pretty sure they did that hack where they steal some. There were slices in each box extremely small, and when I pushed the pizza together it was definitely missing some. Either that or they suck at cutting pizzas.My family was fed though, I just won't be returning. Wish I would've called for my tip back, but whatever.
