We stopped ordering from here as of today. We live within 5 minutes of the store. Our pizza time was approaching 1 hour. We called the store and the guy who answered the phone was unsympathetic and stated that the driver must have had other orders on the way. Cool. We tip well, usually $7 to $10 because it is difficult work. However, no call from the driver or the store after 45 minutes. What is bad is that the person we spoke to couldn't care less. It's not that the pizza tasted bad, it's because I specifically said with authority that I don't want Uber eats or door dash to deliver. I was LITERALLY across the street at hotel and would be willing to pick it up if they couldn't deliver directly..... NO, it was door dash that delivered 45 min later!
