Accepts DoorDash orders without even being open. I arrived after accepting an order to find the front doors of the IHOP chained shut! Pitiful way to run a business, virtual or not. Unacceptable.
Terrible! Ordered the chicken Philly with fries. The sandwich barely had any chicken on it. Didn’t receive the fries at all. Went to the restaurant “IHOP” they wouldn’t replace the food or refund the money because it was doordashed. Which I felt like the dasher shouldn’t be responsible for how they prepared and screwed up the food.
