Normally pretty good but the last few times have taken much longer than I was told. The last time a few days ago when I got there the food wasn't ready but no big deal. Once the food was ready I was informed that they had forgotten to make one of the pizzas so I had to wait for that while the rest was getting cold. Once I get home I realize that one of the pizzas wasn't even what we ordered, disappointed.
this is the second time in a week that we've had to request a remake of our pizza dude to 75% of it having no cheese. it was literally crust sauce sausage and pepperoni. first time we waited and they remade it and it was wonderful. this time we waited and the second one was worse than the first one. yeah I think I'm done with a location that takes no pride in what the product looks like
Been ordering from this restaurant since they opened. Average about three-four deliveries a month. Tonight though the pizza was 100% inedible. Called to let the manager know and to reorder. After being on hold for six minutes because the mgr was on the other phone, we hung up and called back. Again we were told that the manager was unable to help us and again the offer to return our money.
