I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza online. App said it would be ready in 15 mins, I showed up at this Pizza Hut 30 mins later. I stood at the front counter for about 20 mins before someone finally came out from the kitchen and asked if I was picking up. She turned around and pulled my pizza out of the heater and handed it to me. I was standing there waiting for 20 mins for a pizza that had been ready the entire time. Quality of the pizza was about the same at any other Pizza Hut, but service was not good.

I know this is not how you conduct business lie about delivering an order to someone by telling your paying customer that your delivery driver Betty delivered it but someone stole the order in the pouring down rain, refuse to refund or remake the order without me repurchasing then having your employees play on the phone (answer and hang up all night)? When I requested a manger I was placed on hold for 30 minutes then got an employee by the name of Amy who pretended to be the manager (found that out when I called back to ask for corporates number and spoke with another employee). Then I was told their wasn’t a number but she could connect me to a call center that’s based out of Tennessee, 1st interaction with them they disconnected the call I had to call back by calling the store location then got connected again where I explained the situation and waited 1hr and 25 minutes for a manager (that I never got to speak with). Long story short I spoke with no manager local or at that contact center, I received no pizza, no remake or no refund. Customer service was terrible, I got yelled at and over talked no tried to accommodate me. The total amount of time I spent dealing with your business on the phone was 2hrs and 45 minutes. I will never and I mean NEVER order from Pizza Hut ever again.-Signed a very dissatisfied customer-
I like this Pizza Hut and there were always consistent until tonight: picked up around 7pm. Manager is always polite and nice so much so I left a tip…however WHO EVER IN THE HELL WAS MAKING PIZZAS TONIGHY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ASAP OR FIRED! My babies veggie pizza was damn near undercooked. The crust for the pepperoni was tasted like old dough and the bull your own was about the same. Ordered extra sauce for one of the pizzas and that was non existent. The pizzas were dry AF. We just spent 40 bucks with tip for this. The toppings were fresh so we took them off and ate them. As I stated before the manager/cashier is 5 star, My experience tonight unfortunately was less than desirable. The drive we have to make is to far and I won’t be back.

Definitely is not the same as it used to. My pizza is never fully done. I always have to do something else to it when I get it. The wings are ok but the prices are insane. $19 for 12 wings? Outrageous. Honestly am better off going to little Caesars or Domino's the way the food here has been lately. And I ordered cheese sticks but it was a block or cheese bread. What happened to them cutting them into sticks ?

Pizza was oddly made as there was more sauce protruding than there was crust.Yet the pizza wasn't the issue.I was asked for my online order if I wanted to tip the staff. I was going to pick it up so normally I don't tip especially since I hadn't looked at or received anything yet. Then asked again at the store before I received anything again. I almost always tip but I feel like it's a little out of control for just doing your job and then providing me with a half made pizza.I feel bad for not tipping as that's the plan in most cases anywhere.But glad I didn't for the shoddy work the cook did leaving a 4th of the pizza with no cheese and just a ring of sauce over cooked because it was directly cooked with nothing covering it.My tip is ask for a tip after they receive their orders to ensure they tip again or come back.

If you want a pan pizza, don't bother going to this Pizza Hut restaurant. They never have it in available. Plus they don't have breadsticks either. Yuck! I could go anywhere else for a thin pizza. It's to the point I am going to quit trying to even order a pizza from this restaurant.
