I like this Pizza Hut and there were always consistent until tonight: picked up around 7pm. Manager is always polite and nice so much so I left a tip…however WHO EVER IN THE HELL WAS MAKING PIZZAS TONIGHY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ASAP OR FIRED! My babies veggie pizza was damn near undercooked. The crust for the pepperoni was tasted like old dough and the bull your own was about the same. Ordered extra sauce for one of the pizzas and that was non existent. Definitely is not the same as it used to. My pizza is never fully done. I always have to do something else to it when I get it. The wings are ok but the prices are insane. $19 for 12 wings? Outrageous. Honestly am better off going to little Caesars or Domino's the way the food here has been lately. And I ordered cheese sticks but it was a block or cheese bread. What happened to them cutting them into sticks ?

Pizza was oddly made as there was more sauce protruding than there was crust.Yet the pizza wasn't the issue.I was asked for my online order if I wanted to tip the staff. I was going to pick it up so normally I don't tip especially since I hadn't looked at or received anything yet. Then asked again at the store before I received anything again.
