I came in to celebrate Mother’s Day by myself. I ordered food to go but seen the bar was clear and decided that i wanted a drink as well. When I asked if I could sit at the bar to eat, the staff’s first response wasn’t an offer to order a drink, but a dismissive ‘no’ because it would take away from the bartenders and staff. That felt like an unnecessary assumption, and honestly, it set the tone for the entire experience. Instead of feeling welcome, I felt like I was being treated like I didn’t belong. I won’t be returning, and I’d encourage others to be cautious before supporting a place that doesn’t prioritize respectful customer service. It’s a shame, as this could have been a positive experience, but the lack of professionalism really soured it.

I ordered my food and picked it up. It was still crazy hot by the time I got it back to my place. It was amazing food! I just ate it yesterday and am looking forward to the next time I get to eat it again. 😋

Delish food, we created our own boil. we got all 3 sause flavors mild it was delish, super flavorful, lots of good seasonings in it, etc. However, the lobster tail was overcooked twice, even after we sent the 1st one back... our server Austin was very nice and very attentive.

Visiting from out of state and wanted a place to get seafood boils. This place was fabulous!!

The waiter was great food is great !!

I ordered a pound of crawfish & shrimp. It wasn’t even 2 pounds and They overcooked it and I don’t mean a little I mean it was mushy in the shells. On top of that they didn’t even cook it with the sauce so the seafood taste bland it’s like they threw it in sauce last minute. The workers seemed rude from the start giving dirty stares and just all around rude. Our server however, was amazing.

The food was overpriced for a chain. The calamari was overcooked and chewy.

Shrimp were flavorless. Disappointed. Sat for about 15 minutes before being approached by a server.

Went here on a whim and it was delicious!! Seafood cooked perfectly, plenty of sauce and butter! Our waitress was awesome, and we didn’t have to even ask for drink refills. We very much enjoyed our dinner and look forward to going back!

I called many times and no answer. I get inside the restaurant and the young lady behind the Togo counter is muting the ringer and talking to co workers. People just standing around. I’m just so annoyed because I just wanted to order my food over the phone and go home. Now I have to wait around. Please revisit customer care system and policies with your team!!!!
