Greetings,I’m reaching out to share my wonderful experience yesterday evening, 4/20/24, at the Red Juicy Crab. That said, I had the pleasure of taking my beautiful girlfriend Genesis to this restaurant, and we were both impressed. Our server, Edwin, went above and beyond to support what was an exceptional dining experience. This young man was attentive, courteous, and even took a memorable picture of Genesis and I, to commemorate the occasion. The environment was welcoming, and the food was delicious. We encountered no problems throughout our meal. To show my appreciation for the outstanding service provided, I left a sizable tip. I highly recommend this Winston-Salem based location of the Red Juicy Crab based on the exceptional service we received and the overall quality of our experience there. my mother and i came there for her b day. we were first in...the seater seemed taxed by our presence...the server was inept to the 9th degree. the food was good though...it was Hot!!!...not going back.

This is the only restaurant I will order a seafood boil bag from! They have the nicest staff and management as well as the best tasting seafood! We order here about twice a month and have never had any issues with our food. They know us by name and always go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need! By far the best restaurant in town!

This is my second time there. The food is delicious. The restaurant was dirty. They had signs everywhere the first one was cash only , which was fine. The hostess was rude the server was very nice. The windows were covered with splatter and disgusting. The bar didn’t have draft beer. The people behind us wanted to speak to the manager and were told he was busy and is not coming out. There is obviously no standards the staff were in random sweatshirts and t shirts. I would HATE to have seen where our food was prepared. It felt like a business that was going out of business. Hope that is not true since they were busy.
Looked up a good place to eat and decided the Red Crab on Hanes Mall which closes at 10pm. We Walked in at 9pm ready to eat and were told sorry we quit serving for the night, AT 9 PM!???? What kind of restaurant is open until 10pm but will it seat you at 9pm!??ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Good food, great environment, friendly people! Just feel like they don’t give as much food as all the other Red Crab locations and the sauce they put in the bag is more oil than anything, unlike the other Red Crab locations. Also when you have a group they will only split the check 4 ways, which is ridiculous honestly, we had a group whom all people did not know each other but was having to send and figure out a payment plan to only split the check 4 ways, such an inconvenience and will NEVER do that again!

Got the shrimp po boy. This is my first time trying it and it was pretty good. The boom boom sauce had a lot of flavor and the bread was soft and the shrimp was nice and crispy.

I tries the fried oysters they were out of a jar very small and small portions. The giant crab legs 3 were 75 dollars not bad flavor. Service was pretty good . It was pricey and I felt the oysters were over priced and were tad over cooked.
