Lovely atmosphere. Cozy. Pleasant staff. We informed her we were there for a birthday. Waitress brought us the water and we asked for straws. 2 out of 4 us had already completed our water, probably about 10 minutes. She came to check on us and I reminded her of the straws. We just had a surprise birthday party for my husband in the Canoe Room. The food was delicious, the service superb and the room gorgeous. They followed my directions 100%, had the champagne chilled and the appetizers ready. Perfect place to celebrate!!!
Let’s start with the food. It is delicious. I would go back for the food; it is that good. The burger was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was peaceful. Once again IT is called river birch lodge; hence lodge feel. However I am still debating on the service; one way the service was subpar at best.
