Order online unless you want to wait for extended periods of time. No sense of time management with online orders and in-house cafe orders. No sense of urgency it seems either. They're definitely busy but it seems depending on the work crew it can make or break the day.
A barista was insulting the drinks to another batista, holding up the cup saying "look at all this sugar!" He made comments about his stomach turning, mentioned diabetes multiple times, and called the customers diabetics. It takes a special kind of person to say negative things about the products of the company he works and the paying customers standing right in front of them.
I’m not a Starbucks fan but my family is. They love coffee flavored sweet drinks/shakes. My daughter is at the hospital and didn’t like the hospital tea, one of the nurses suggested she try the “sick tea” (aka “medicine ball”) from Starbucks. She liked it a lot!The place stays busy and sometimes they are understaffed. Patience and courtesy goes a long way. Be friendly and say hi to the barista. Strike up a quick conversation.
