Located just off the elevators from the Publix parking garage, this Starbucks is convenient to grab a hot or cold beverage before heading in to Publix to shop. The barista here made great recommendations and she made the caffeine-pick-me-up just perfect!
First time at any Starbucks. The manager Donna was amazing. I did not know what to order so she helped by giving me samples of drinks. I was there for over an hour trying everything. Took advantage of the free coffee when you buy a breakfast sandwich. The egg cheese and ham on a bagel, my pup loved and I ended up with a grande Vanilla Bean with a dash of decaf frappuccino topped the homemade caramel whipped cream. It was delicious. It's a fine store but cramped when you've got 16 people standing in the store waiting for their order. Customer service is ok. Just long waits. Kind of what we are seeing all over due "short staffing" so it's not a surprise. Put your order in online if you can to avoid the long wait. 1 barista making drinks for 16 people can take a while.
