Shelly and Toad goes above and beyond. The other women manger refused to give me extra cold foam which I donāt understand because you can charge me extra for it. You can also add it on the app. I pay extra for it also, thank God for Shelley. She stepped in and saved the day and gave me my extra cold foam thank you why lose a customer who comes in every day and not only spends money, but also tips? Shelly, you are wonderful thank you.

Friendly staff. We live out of town and visit this location when staying with family. The staff are usually calling out to regulars and genuinely seem to enjoy themselves versus other locations. I am not generally a Starbucks goer but I do like this location and the staff are always friendly and upbeat.

Chase (Chaisson) and Santina both greeted me and Chase took my order. My drink orders were swiftly prepared and correct; both Chase and Santina were welcoming & professional. These two Starbucks "partners" made my first visit to this location (my first visit to a Starbucks in Winston-Salem NC!) a great experience. Thank you, Chaisson and Santina! I shall definitely be returning, soon!

Stopped in for a quick latte. The service was fast, and the beverage was super hot, though not as good as I've had before. Maybe they changed their soy milk brand? I was also VERY disappointed in the price, $7 (including $1 tip) for a tall (small) latte with soy milk and no added flavors. Starbucks needs to step it up, the local cafƩs beat them in nearly every category.
