I always get the same coffee from Starbucks - medium dark roast. If they don't have dark roast they give what they have and not even tell you, thinking I'm not going to recognize the taste difference. This is not acceptable.

Last year, my partner and I were living in Asheville, NC and after Hurricane Helene we stayed at an AirBnB near this store. This was a safe space for us, and on our way out of town we even signed our new lease in the lobby. The partners and environment of this store are top notch - and I’ll never forget how warm and welcoming they were to us. Drinks were always perfect. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was a shift there for a long time (possibly since it opened?) and we frequently spoke about how great it was to have this store and the amazing atmosphere it puts out. When we are in the area again one day, we hope to make it to this store and visit again!

The people here are friendly, and the quality of the drinks are consistently good! 👌Sometimes, they'll draw or write something really nice on my cups, which i ADORE! 💖 Also, don't forget to tip your starbucks people. They work hard and deserve a tip!

Shelly and Toad goes above and beyond. The other women manger refused to give me extra cold foam which I don’t understand because you can charge me extra for it. You can also add it on the app. I pay extra for it also, thank God for Shelley. She stepped in and saved the day and gave me my extra cold foam thank you why lose a customer who comes in every day and not only spends money, but also tips? Shelly, you are wonderful thank you.

Great service! Big smiles. So friendly and thoughtful with their stickers. Relaxing atmosphere. After a hard day it’s nice to be in a happy place enjoying a great cup of coffee! Very thankful! The young ladies made our night! Kaela & Corissa are beyond Awesome!!!
Friendly staff. We live out of town and visit this location when staying with family. The staff are usually calling out to regulars and genuinely seem to enjoy themselves versus other locations. I am not generally a Starbucks goer but I do like this location and the staff are always friendly and upbeat.

Stopped in for a quick latte. The service was fast, and the beverage was super hot, though not as good as I've had before. Maybe they changed their soy milk brand? I was also VERY disappointed in the price, $7 (including $1 tip) for a tall (small) latte with soy milk and no added flavors. Starbucks needs to step it up, the local cafés beat them in nearly every category.
