This has got to be the absolute worst subway on the face of the earth. No order is ever right, order online and show up to pick your food up and instead of cancelling the order because they didn’t have something, they tell you to call support and tell them to take that item off the menu because they don’t have it. They didn’t even cancel my order when they didn’t have it.

Having 3 flies where the baked bread is stored is some nasty work, I let the staff know and they responded saying “ what do you want me to do? I’m not the one eating it” plus wearing the same gloves that were used at the register is diabolical work ethics,. 1:25pm

Absolutely disrespectful service. I pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there waiting—no response. Pressed the help button—still nothing. Drove up to the window, and the employees completely ignored me for several minutes. When the woman in the glasses (who, unsurprisingly, has a history of bad reviews) finally acknowledged me, she was shockingly rude. She barked that the drive-thru was closed today. When I asked if there was a sign to inform customers—so people don’t waste their time sitting there like idiots—she flatly said no and told me to come inside if I wanted to order. I told her I was leaving, and she slammed the window in my face. Looking at the reviews, this behavior seems to be her standard. If you enjoy being treated like garbage, by all means, go here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

This Subway is one of the worst for customer service. If you go to drive thru, you'll sit there forever. We decided to go inside, some of the employees act like you are bothering them and the eye rolling when they had to get something. I will probably not return to this location, I've been 2x and it's the same weird experience.
