Snarky woman held up the line complaining about a gift card that obviously wasn't working and telling the lady at the front that she wasn't doing it right. The audacity of some people to tell other's how to do their job, hope she ain't raisin her kids like that 🙄

Staff was very rude

Customer service here is aweful. Went in today and it took 10 minutes for a worker to come and check us out. All while the ice cream melts. This isn't the 1st time. Every time we come to this establishment the worker stays in the back not greeting customers

Had an awesome Blue Cotton Candy shake, wrecked my diet, 10/10 would do it again.

POOR HORRIBLE attitude from the young Hispanic lady working there yesterday. Visibly upset she had customers there while her family was there.

Lately, last year or so, the chocolate flavor yogurts have not worked several times. Repsir of this takes weeks or longer. I favor chocolate and am extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to this problem.
Note there is no yogurt in hand.

No low sugar options the last time we went so I got to sit and watch everyone else enjoy frozen yogurt. It's clean and the staff is friendly and there are plenty of options otherwise. Seeing as I'm the one paying, we won't be back any time soon, though.

Great was amazing

Sweetfrogs is just amazing. Love the frozen yogurt, could go here everyday and grab some desert after a long day. The fruity flavors are definitely my favorite, and the range of toppings adds so much to the yogurt. Service was a little subpar granted everything is pretty much self-serve. Had a wonderful time and would go back!.
