The frozen yogurt is pretty good. However, the staff doesn't remotely care. Paper cups were falling to the floor while the staff watched, toppings were empty or low and the girl was to busy on her ear buds and phone. Two different visits, but the same both times.

BEWARE* the young lady with glasses, the visible nose rings and braids was very rude, unprofessional, and GHETTO. Clearly needs another job or some education!! Threatening me in front of my child and others 3 times to “watch myself” all bc I asked for her name and the manager name. Clearly she’s a child and it’s going nowhere FAST. so I left and called and asked to speak to a manager. She Hung up on me the first time I called to speak with a manager. I already called corporate and told them about the employee in this establishment.its first come first serve but when we got to the front of the line we have to wait to be served bc the people who are still putting toppings on already been weighed on the scale but how does that even make sense?! Bc it would have to be weighed again and priced differently. Just unprofessional!! Needs some education.

I ordered online. This is my first time trying this place. I had a taste for icecream. The cake batter machine was broke but the mgr reached out to me immediately and made it right. Wish I would've took a picture like I normally do, but I jumped right in and demolished mine. It was great! My son and my friend both enjoyed theirs.

I was going to sweet frog and had to order an Uber to make it there, and they closed at 9, well there’s construction all up and down Hanes mall boulevard, so traffics all the way backed up, I get there at 8:56 and there’s still PLENTY of people in line and even a customer who just picked out a cup and hadn’t even put in the yogurt yet and she comes and opens the door and says they don’t let anyone in pass 55 after and I was literally there one minute after and I stated multiple times that I had to take an Uber up here and that there’s construction all up and down hanes mall and that I’d be quick I knew exactly what I wanted and she refused and even my Uber driver asked politely and she still refused, I was one minute past 8:55 I was at the door at 8:56. It was really upsetting to me and then not only that the girls that were coming out said a smart remark about them closing and rolled their eyes at me and I wasn’t being loud or rude or anything. I’m sorry I don’t care it was 8:56 she could have let me in. Especially when I wasted money on an Uber and especially when theirs construction all up and down Hanes mall. And I go to sweet frog on a regular basis like a lot so call it dramatic but I feel like it was unfair.

Sweet frogs has been my go to frozen yogurt spot for years. I always get the original tart as a base & then pick another flavor to go along with it. This time I got the pineapple dole whip, which I enjoyed and topped it with fresh fruit pieces. The service was good & the location was clean, there were just quite a few machines down at the time we went.

Took the kiddo out for ice cream after a hot day in the sun and sweet frog hit the spot love the ability to build your own ice cream mix of flavors and toppings to your liking. The kids do too. They have a nice little outdoor seating, which we did not take. We stayed inside in the nice AC. The cashier was super helpful and friendly

My daughter had her 5th bday party here today. Olivia and her team were AMAZING!! From the mascot Cookie being awesome with the kids to the great staff helping out with the little ones to keep them entertained. They made it so easy for me. It was truly a pleasure and I would recommend this location and team always! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The best froyo around! I love the many flavors they have to offer! My favorite being chocolate and cheesecake mix. Perfect place to go on a warm day! And the staff is always so friendly!
