Special order burrito due to food allergies. It wasn't put in our bag. Went to counter and told them. However, over 5 minutes later still no food. Everyone at our table almost finished. Had to look behind and around counter and employee was on his phone doing something. When we left someone who had been at the counter for longer than us was still waiting. And it was not busy

A bad start but a great ending. I got home and my order was completely incorrect. I called the manager and he took complete responsibility and when my son returned with my replacement food, it was perfect in every way.
You guys probably wondered if I was even happy with the replacement food. I didn’t think that was any more fair than having to complain in the first place.
Way to take responsibility and provide service recovery. Sincerely Dr. Mike.

I went to the drive through and my cashier Shantel was the sweetest young lady ,very polite. The manager was ver helpful as well Ajalae. I would recommend this Taco Bell to everyone 12199 N. NC Highway 150 Winston-Salem NC 27127. Thank you lady’s for such a great experience at this Taco Bell location.❤️

Parking: Your able to get in and out rather easy.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved the cashier at the Drive-through window.
