Food is always amazing! Loved our waiter, Jacob! The owner Sabrina even came by our table once we finished our meals. Nice Atmosphere and the prices are extremely reasonable for the quantity and quality of food!!! Try the fried catfish, pork ribs, fried croaker (if you like it), Mac and cheese, yams, collard/cabbage mix and more! You can’t go wrong!!! We finished our plates before we could take pictures, but my family got plates to go. The wings were good too! Their desserts are also amazing! Haven’t had anything that wasn’t enjoyable from this place, and I will travel from Greensboro to go there every time.

It was a pleasure to eat at Taste of Triad for the first time. They had so many things to select from the buffet. The food brought back the nostalgia of my childhood. I had turkey neckbones over rice and gray with a side of mix cabbage and collard green. It was seasoned to perfection. The staff was welcoming and heplful. It was great to meet the owner, Sabrina. I will be adding them to my list of go to when in Winston Salem, NC.

This soul food spot was a hit!
I had the falling off the bone oxtails, rice /gravy, fried okra, fried chicken, Mac cheese all was fantastic!
If you are looking for home style cooking then this is the place.

My wife and I visited for the first time after seeing them on TikTok. The food was amazing. The portions were of good size and the staff was extremely friendly!

Wow what an amazing experience! I ordered the chicken wing tray with Mac and cheese and stuffing as a side and a sweet tea to drink. Mac and cheese 10/10 Stuffing 9/10 it was soggy but it was my fault because I added gravy and the chicken 10/10. Annnd did I mention that it’s VERY affordable. The ladies taking the order was very nice and patient and she greeted us with a smile. My husband ordered the whiting special and his was amazing as well! We will be telling everyone to check out this hidden gem!

Went for the first time today. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was authentic. Had great flavor and good portion sizes with reasonable pricing. For a good home cooked type meal / soul food, this is the place to go!
Spent $35 for 2 adults which included 1 entree each, 2 sides each and 1 drink each.

AMAZING FOOD. Takes you back to Grandma's House, almost brings you to tears triggering memories. Owner is so nice and friendly. Staff is friendly, its clean, great spot!
