Excellent customer service with great food💯

This meal was not the best that I have had at Taste of the Triad.

Me and my son got food poisoning from Taste of the Triad 😔.. Really disappointed because it was great tasting then BOOM it hit him then me. I even drove 45 mins because of the great reviews.

If I had to be honest there’s some cross contamination somewhere in the kitchen. I worked as Assistant Director for a Catering and company for a long time, and I love to taste great food.

So before us getting sick (Day 2) everything was great tasting it’s just unfortunate we had to have a bad experience and become sick…

More feedback: Shut the kitchen down do a deep cleaning, and sanitizing. Also hand cleanliness is vital, hair nets, beard coverings, and cleaning after prepping each different food item on cutting or prepping boards. Cross contamination is real and so is food Bourne illnesses. Missing work and my son missing school not ok with me. I’ll eat at home from now on

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant for the first time, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food was truly delicious — clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. One of the highlights of my visit was meeting the owner. She was incredibly hospitable and kind, taking the time to greet my husband and I personally and ensure everything was perfect. Her passion for what she does really shines through, and it made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and genuine hospitality!

What a great find. I am from Louisville Ky and the hotel that I was at recommended this place. I walked in thecdoor and was greated by Sabrina, the owner, and a nice young man. She was very kind and took me on a little tour of the place. I had the wings, mac and cheese, the best I ever had, greens and cabbage,and a very tasty cucumber salad

The food was horrible and I bought 4 plates , chicken dinner, meatloaf, fish, beef ribs dinners .
The Mac n cheese was disgusting no taste and mushy noodles , dressing disgusting and had a vinegar taste which I never taste dressing like that . Mixed greens no taste or meat , meatloaf disgusting because I taste a hard gristle bones stuck in my tooth ! Fried chicken was good and the fish was good but had a lot of bones and it was whiting filet .: beans was good ! Cornbread omg disgusting and dry I almost choked couldn't swallow not sweet! Beef ribs fatty but They have some good Arnold Palmer ! I'm surprised and disappointed it just felt like they didn't put a lot into the food.. never will go back and the people I bought the food from gave it a 2/10... price was 60 bucks !

This is an amazing place to eat and fellowship. The employees treat their customers like extended family. It was extremely clean and organized.

Catfish is well seasoned and service is always great!!!

This was my 1st visit. I live in Charlotte, came here after a funeral. We had to choose between Olive Garden or Taste of the Triad. I'm glad we made the decision of trying something New... We will be back

Greens, mix of collards and cabbage outstanding. Candied potatoes and fish really good. Great portions.

The good is here DELICIOCOUS!! The service was fast and friendly and the employees were actually happy to assist! Thanks to my mom Emma for bringing me!
