Harrison and Brian are murdering the Winston-Salem food scene! By far one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The grilled octopus was quite tasty, very well thought out, and executed. My friend and I shared a grilled Caesar salad, also fire. The picanha steak was perfectly cooked and very well seasoned. This was my first dining experience at the Downtown Grille. From the moment you enter the door, until the time you left, it was a great experience. The service, the food, and the design of the restaurant are wonderful. It is very obvious that the people working there and enjoy their job. The noise level was a little bit more than I would have liked, but you got used to it. I highly recommend this restaurant, I feel it was a great find.

We made a very late reservation for eight people at 9:45 PM on a Friday for a Post high school graduation dinner. There aren't many places around who would accommodate a party that large that late, but downtown Grill did. And without any complaints, or warnings that the kitchen was about to close, or any frustration at all, the service was gracious, flawless, the food was delicious. Highly recommended!
