The Humble Bee Shoppe

Found this delicious place for the first time today. The owner, Britney, is amazing. Super sweet and friendly. I got the orange creamsicle macaron and the lemon curd macaron and they were absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend if you’re ever in the Winston- Salem area.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to go to not only get delightful and unique wonderfully tasting goodies but also the atmosphere is so lovely!!!

Brittany is such a genuine human being with a skill like no other. Her ability to design and create the yummiest desserts is a gift that is worth all the money! She designed this fun cake for our wedding and our guest RAVED over how good it was. So good I had to have her remake it for us a few weeks later so we could thoroughly enjoy it. The best <3

This bakery is amazing. The staff is friendly and the baker-Brittany is an artist. She made my daughter's wedding cake-vegan. It was delicious and the design was simple and beautiful.
We attempted to try other bakers, but Humble Bee was the BEST!!
Thank you so much for putting in the time and care to make this cake so special for such an important and SPECIAL day.
I HIGHLY recommend trying their variety of baked goods including the chocolate chip cookies, brownies, oatmeal cookie and many other yummy treats!!

Best macaroons ever! Brittany worked with my daughter to design her wedding and baby shower cake. Absolutely beautiful and one of the best cakes I've ever had. This was in 2018 when she was in her startup years. And, as delicious and beautiful as it was then, her artistry and amazing delicious cakes, macaroons, and other pastries have just gone over the top!!!

I recently found this amazing gem just a few minutes from my new place, and I’m so glad I did! Even though they were closing in a few minutes, the two women working (one including the owner) went above and beyond to help me put together a box of delicious cupcakes and cookies for a friend’s birthday. They were so sweet and even shared some exciting news about what’s to come for the business. I’m thrilled to come back and try more from their menu! Oh, and the coffee was fantastic too! Thank you again ladies!! Looking forward to being a regular ?

Not only do I give 5 stars to the food, service and atmosphere. Humble bee is a one women show, with the help of her so kind employees. The name HUMBLE bee could not be anymore fitting for this shop. The owner has always went above and beyond to make my daughters and our friends feel at home and welcomed. All that we are and all the chaos we bring, she along with her employees have always made the visit there so warm and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!!! The BEST, I literally crave the macarons and can’t wait for Fridays ?

I’ve been a fan of this place for a while now and while I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review (outside of word of mouth), it bears repeating that the gang here does truly EXCEPTIONAL WORK!

I’ve frequented the place a few times through their evolution and have always been blown away by the craft, care, execution and professionalism. Brought a dozen assorted macrons for a family dinner and people were fighting for another. Smuggled more into a movie theatre double feature and had a blast. End of the day, the kind folks at Humble Bee consistently exceed expectations and they are a MUST VISIT any time you’re in Winston.

Excellent variety of choices - the best macarons and sweets you can find in the Winston Salem area! For those looking for Gluten Free or Vegan options too, they have you covered! Would highly recommend you check them out!

My husband and I came in here for a birthday treat last weekend and were definitely rushed through when selecting. All the macarons kinda tasted the same. I wouldn’t be back next time we visit Winston-Salem.
