The BEST and most unique sandwiches and merchandise! Everything is local and Camille is so helpful and kind at the counter! Add a drink from the bar and up are in for a heavenly experience!

We love this place and go there at least once a week.
Cute atmosphere! Nice for a stop off while visiting the Reynolda Gardens or Art Museum.

One of the best sandwiches EVER!! I had the Italian Grinder and would have taken seconds if my stomach could hold it! We were here for college touring, and I’m sad I can’t be a regular! A must stop m!

Gorgeous day at Reynola gardens and lovely spot to sit outside for a sandwich. I had the chicken BLT wrap and it was delicious! Faster service than expected as it was a busy lunch for a Friday. Overall fantastic experience and would definitely go back!

Frustrating and inconvenient that each time I’ve been they have decided to close earlier than scheduled. Makes me feel unwelcome as a customer despite there being multiple tables occupied up until they decide to go home. Also annoying that I had to hunt down a bartender each time we ordered drinks.

Their tomato soup is so delicious and coupled with a grilled sandwich including cheese and a yummy interesting cocktail from their seasonal menu rotation…. Theodore’s always gets a thumbs up from me. Looking forward to going there again this week.
